Shipping Information

If you are buying plants in our shop and check out you can either choose to pick up or to ship the plants to your door. It is up to you what suits you the best.

Pick up
In the months from 1st of September to 15th of June our nursery is open for visits every Wednesday and Saturday from 09am-3pm. In the winter months you can visit us on appointment. Just give us a call or send us an email.

When you choose to deliver your plants costs will be shown as soon as you check out.

We only ship plants on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure your plants do not stay in a courier depot over the weekend.

Our shipping service has the following standard time-frames. If you have specific requirements please let us know and we can discuss these with you.

North Island:

Wednesday – FridayMondayWednesday

Shipping plants is a risky business, both for you as well as for us. We take very good care of our plants and would ensure they live happily ever after. We ship our plants through Aramex in closed corrugated cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

Contactless delivery
It is important that we continue to use best practices to minimise the potential of COVID-19 re-emerging by limiting contact between couriers and receiver.

This being the case, for the immediate future, Aramex has decided to retain contactless deliveries in the interest of keeping people safe. All deliveries are therefore done under an Authority to Leave.

Should you receive plants from us that are not delivered the way you expect them to be delivered let us know. We will work with you to resolve it. We do require a photo of how  you received the plant to learn how to improve our services.
