Ajuga ‘Catlins Giant’

Ajuga ‘Catlins Giant’ is an attractive evergreen ground cover with glossy burgundy/green leaves. The leaves are bigger than the other Ajuga variants. In spring colorful deep blue flower spikes appear which can be around 20cm tall. Ajuga ‘Catlins Giant’ thrives in dry shady areas although it will be more vigorous in shady moist conditions. An ideal plant for under planting shrubs and trees.
