Hebe ‘Albicans’

Hebe ‘Albicans’ is a dense evergreen dwarf shrub with egg shapes grey/green leaves. In early summer dense spikes of white flowers appear.  Very hardy plant, tolerates windy and coastal conditions and can be exposed to frost.
