Description

Cerastium tomentosum or commonly known as “Snow in Summer’  is a herbaceous wide spreading ground cover. The stems and leaves are silvery-grey. White star-like flowers appear for a long period in summer and give the idea the plant is covered with snow. A very easy to grow plant often grown in dry, sunny areas with poor soil. Could be used to spill over rock walls or on a sunny bank.
