Shipping Information

When purchasing plants from our shop, you have the option to either pick them up in-store or have them conveniently shipped to your door. Choose the method that works best for you.

Pick up
Our nursery is open for visits every Wednesday and Saturday from 9am-3pm. 

Delivery
When you choose to deliver your plants, costs will be shown as soon as you check out.

We only ship plants on Monday and Wednesday to ensure your plants do not stay in a courier depot over the weekend.

Timeframes
Our shipping service has the following expected standard time-frames. These are not commitments as we are dependent on the courier network. The below days are, based on our experience, what can be expected. If you require delivery on a specific day or time, would like to sign for receipt or be notified before a delivery attempt is made you need to make specific arrangements with us. These are not services included in our regular delivery offer. Please call us and we can discuss your requirements.

If you order from Wednesday through to Friday for delivery to the North Island we will ship your order on the Monday following and you can expect the delivery from Wednesday onwards.

If you order from Saturday through to Tuesday for delivery to the North Island we will ship your order on the Wednesday following and you can expect the delivery from Friday onwards.

If you order for delivery to the South Island we will ship your order on the Monday following and you can expect the delivery from Friday onwards.

Shipping plants is a complicated endeavor. We take very good care of our plants to ensure they live happily ever after. We ship our plants through Aramex in closed corrugated cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

Contactless delivery
Aramex delivers the plants without the requirement for a signature. All deliveries are done under an Authority to Leave.

Should you receive plants from us that are not delivered the way you expect them to be delivered let us know. We will work with you to resolve it. We do require a photo of how you received the plant to learn how to improve our services.
