Description
Dianthus ‘Icing Sugar’ is a charming, compact perennial known for its sweetly fragrant, pale pink flowers with darker pink centres. Blooming from late spring through summer, it grows to a height of 20 to 30 centimetres and spreads about 30 to 40 centimetres wide. The grey-green, grass-like foliage provides a soft contrast to the vivid blooms. Ideal for borders, rock gardens, or containers, ‘Icing Sugar’ thrives in full sun and well-drained, alkaline to neutral soil. Deadheading encourages repeat flowering and keeps the plant looking tidy.
