Description
Dodonaea viscosa ‘Purpurea’ or Purple-leafed Hop-bush is a cultivar of the Dodonaea viscosa. It is a fast growing shrub or small tree. Mid spring to early summer flowers appear which turn into red or purple seed capsules. This very hardy evergreen plant which thrives well in coastal and dry conditions.
