Description
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Tardiva’ is a vigorous, late-blooming deciduous shrub known for its large, conical clusters of white flowers that age to pink as the season progresses. Blooming from late summer into autumn, it adds valuable late-season interest to the garden.
This hardy shrub typically grows to a height of 2–3 m and spreads about 2–2.5 m. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained soil. ‘Tardiva’ is excellent for mixed borders, as a specimen plant, or in naturalistic plantings, and its strong stems make it ideal for cut flower arrangements.
